The dining room scheme was built around the homeowners’ saturated blue chairs and a desire to entertain family and friends. In addition to the newly-sourced table, Linda added multipurpose bench seating that can move from room to room as needed. Colorful, cozy wallpaper provides inspiration for fabrics, textures and more. Throughout the home, the homeowners’ treasured artwork collection is on display for all to appreciate.
In the living room, an existing wallcovering stayed in place. The fireplace and built-ins were painted in order to neutralize the space. An arched bar cabinet houses special drinks for before and after dinner. The vibrant couch and coffee table pull colors from the dining room wallpaper. A vintage light fixture nods to the past, perfectly fitting within the artistic space.
A fully-custom arched built-in defines the home office. Inset, a Frame TV, colorful wallpaper and striking sconces are the focal points. Plentiful storage is housed below. Textured swivel chairs can face the TV or the desk behind.
The bedroom is simple and quiet, meant to be a retreat in an otherwise colorful home. An antique fixture hangs by the bedside, echoing that of the living room. Sideboard storage houses extra linens and pillows, and two chairs offer supplemental seating. A large-scale mirror opens the space, reflecting the walk-in closet and adjoining bath.
