Dawn embraced the client’s love for fashion and vibrant color. She found appropriate moments for pops of green throughout—window treatments and bar stools in the kitchen and a carpet-wrapped staircase. White, full-gloss lacquer cabinetry mixed with mod fixtures provides balance and harmony.
The petit foyer was prepped for punch. Black and white tile defines the space to create a statement foyer along with a midcentury bannister staircase. A playful nook and small bath are packed with playful elements, including a tropicana-style wallpaper embellished with gold accents.
Renovation continues on the second level, beginning with a primary bath. A nature-inspired wall cover is chosen for its organic qualities, a nod to a crisp winter morning.
