Their love for mid-century modern paired well with designer and partner Linda. The team quickly started a plan to embrace the open layout including living room, dining room and family room.
A cohesive color palette and timeless furniture were thoughtfully selected—all with the intent to keep one space flowing into the next. The fireplace was reimagined as the new hero and rebuilt with locally-made, artisan-crafted cement tiles. Lighting was installed to be understated, complimenting natural light from the home's many windows. The family's art collection provided a feature wall that adds warmth and interest to high ceilings.
