after a successful project featured in cleveland magazine, the dorchester homeowner approached dawn once again with a focus on wellness. her intention was to make the lower level of her home a yoga and wellness studio—a space for self-care ready for private, public and virtual yoga practice.

Dawn transformed the space entirely from the ground up, converting the raw basement into a sanctuary. She began by leveling the floor and opening up the ceiling to configure the new floor plan which housed a powder room, laundry and storage, meditation area and infrared sauna room.
Custom built-in shelving was incorporated into each new area for ample storage and easy clean-up. Natural, artisan materials were brought in to set a meditative tone and create an inviting, private environment for the homeowner and her students.
