The objective was to transform the existing upstairs space with minimal structural changes. Linda approached the project with finesse—bringing in chic new furnishings and curated investment pieces to achieve a polished look.

Linda reimagined the guest bathroom with simple and smart updates—freshly-painted cabinets, gemstone hardware, a painterly wall covering and gold finishings. A custom-length shower curtain masks the tub to create a more open and inviting space. The floor tile was restored using hand-painted mosaic stencil to achieve the classic look.

The bedroom was adorned with hand-selected furnishings to create a comfortable, cool environment. Statement light fixtures and window treatments add a touch of glamour and dimension.

Downstairs holds a primary bedroom, which Linda approached with the same frame of mind. The room was updated with classic embellishments and warm, subtle hues through marble table lamps, an opulent chandelier and patterned window treatments.

The primary bath was refashioned into a personalized retreat. Quartz countertops and custom-made cabinets were finished with gold to match the bedroom’s balanced elegance. Double vanities embellished with cadiz shells yield a warm glow.

The walls were repiped and sealed with an ornate tile, creating a space divided into a custom walk-in shower and wet room. The porcelain floor extends outside the shower glass to define the wet and dry areas—adding an extra layer of texture and intention.
